株式会社GKインダストリアルデザイン（以下「当社」といいます）は、以下のとおり個人情報保護方針（以下「本方針」といいます）を定め、当社が保有する個人情報の適正な管理と保護に努めます。

GK Industrial Design Inc., (hereinafter collectively referred to as “GKID”) have established this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) and strive to properly manage and protect personal information obtained by GKID.

  1. 本方針は、当社がご本人から取得した個人情報について適用されます。本方針において「個人情報」とは、個人情報の保護に関する法律にいう「個人情報」を指すものとします。
  2. 当社は、当社が取得した個人情報について、不正アクセス・紛失・改ざん・漏洩などを防止するため、セキュリティ対策の維持・管理、および社員教育等必要な措置を講じ、個人情報を厳重に管理いたします。
  3. 当社が取得した個人情報は、以下の目的で利用いたします。
    • 各種問い合わせ、ご依頼に対する対応
    • セミナー、講演会、展示会、イベント等の案内・運営・管理
    • 上記の利用目的に付随する目的
  4. 当社が取得した個人情報について、次のいずれかの場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に開示いたしません。
    • ご本人の同意がある場合
    • ご本人が希望されるサービスを行うために当社が業務を委託する業者に対して個人情報を開示する場合
    • 合併その他の事由により事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合
    • 法令に基づき開示が必要な場合
  5. 当社は、ご本人から個人情報の開示・修正・削除を求められた場合は、ご本人であることを確認のうえ、対応いたします。

  7. 当社は、保有する個人情報に関して適用される日本の法令およびその他規範を遵守いたします。

  1. This Policy applies to personal information obtained by GKID. In this Policy, “personal information” shall mean personal information as referred to in the Law Concerning the Protection of Personal Information.
  2. GKID strictly protect personal information obtained by GKID by taking necessary measures such as maintenance and management of security measures and employee education in order to prevent unauthorized access, loss, falsification, leakage, and so on.
  3. Personal information obtained by GKID will be used for the following purposes.
    • Response to various inquiries and requests from users;
    • Guidance, operation and management of seminars, lectures, exhibitions, events, and so on;
    • Purpose incidental to the purposes above.
  4. Personal information obtained by GKID shall not be disclosed to a third party except in any of the following cases.
    • When a person who has provided GKID its personal information consents;
    • When GK disclose personal information to a company to which GKID have outsourced the business in order to provide the service desired by a person who has provided GKID its personal information;
    • When personal information is provided due to business succession such as merger or other reasons;
    • When disclosure is required by law.
  5. When a person requests disclosure, correction, or deletion of its personal information, GKID will respond to it after confirming the identity of that person.
