The exterior design, which utilizes motifs such as the silvery white of fresh snow along the destination line, has an iconic quality that could become a new landscape along the line, and the interior, with its distinctive bridge configuration, creates a new image as a train that links rural areas and central Tokyo with a sense of advanced technology.
